Bio: Graduated in 1976/82 from the University of Minnesota Bs in Environmental Engineering, Ms.Sc. in CE and RE, owner of the best technology available (BTA) as per the US EPA designation in seawater intakes systems used for power plants, refineries, desalination plants, fish farms, etc. researcher and developer of the global concept to reverse global warming, developer and initiator of the Libyan Climate Change initiative submitted at the UN's Climate Change Conference COP 17 in 2011; the Initiative is aimed at cooling the earth and restoring natural climate.
